Roomz is a mobile app that creates an efficient bridge between hotel concierge services and its customers. By installing our app and entering a personalized passcode given to every user by their hotel, users are effortlessly taken to a designated home screen where they can easily navigate through their menu and room services. Entire experience is complemented with a sleek design and a very simple, but smart UX that eliminates all the hassle from anyone’s room experience. At their home page, different services and items like toilet paper, towels and alarm, are displayed in the form of elegant triangles, so users can order them with a simple touch. Once the user places an order, notification pop-up at the bottom of their screen is keeping them updated on the progress. At the top of the screen, with a simple swipe, users can navigate to information page where they can find all the details about the hotel, including a location map or a menu where they can browse different food and drinks in a form of a list with stylish boxes that show up when an item is selected. Hence, they can check the pictures and details and place an order, so everything can be efficiently delivered to their room. On top of that, hosts can easily manage these orders and services via their CRM environment, and send progress updates to their guests. When it comes to hotels, Roomz is a second name for satisfaction.
